ELEMENTS
The types of textiles ( PP, EP ) and metalcord type Fleximat ( IWR ), used for the belts are, as follows:
The belts are produced with varied number of plies ( 1 - 6 ) dipending o n the order of the client and
the working conditions.
The construction of the belts consists of two basic elements :
Carcass from diferent types of textiles or metalcord Fleximat type.
Rubber covers - top and bottom.
For the production of heavy-duty belts o ne or two protective plies ( breakers ) are put.
Cover thickness : top - 3 to 10 mm, bottom - 2 to 5 mm.

- Normal
- Abrasion-resistant
KAUCHUK recommends a big variety of types conveyor belts for heavy, medium and light duty, depending o n the working conditions and o n the kind of materials to be conveyed.
Depending o n the designation of the rubber cover several types of normal and abrasion-resistant belts are produced.
Belts without rubber covers, moulded and cut edges can be produced.
They can be used in the mining, metallurgy, power engineering and other industrial branches.
