RECLAIMED RUBBER

An instalation for the production of reclaimed rubber and rubber powder is in operation in KAUCHUK J.S.Co. which processes rubber, rubber-textile wastes and old rubber tyres.

The annual production capacity of the reclaimed rubber is 1000 tones.

This gives the possibility all the polymer wastes, coming from the production of conveyor belts, rubber hoses and other rubber articles to be complitely recycled.

The process of recycling of rubber wastes is made at 2500 C temperature by the method of thermodinamical destruction having excellent phisical and plastoelastic properties.

The ccapacity of the installation is 1500 - 1800 t. reclaimed rubber per year depending o n the recycled rubber waste.
